This Post is not about Whether Disney World has Great CMs who are Really Nice because they Do...thats not an Argument. ..My Issue is the Amount of Really Rude CMs who Really Dont Want to be there is way out of Control. ...Today We were spoken to Like Crap by 3 Rude CMs & its barely 11am....I dont care if there Human. ..I dont care if there are more good then bad ones...The quality of CM That Disney is hiring is going downhill. ...There are some who love it but many who dont....There are many College Program CMs who love it but Many who despise it....The old Time I work a t Disney because I love it are fading fast.....I get it the pays crummy but if you take the pay do whats asked. ...Sorry I had to Vent.....MM.
