This REALLY touched me because I have scoliosis, curvature of the spine. I had to wear a back brace for 22 hours a day EVERY day from 5th grade until 8th grade. The summer before my freshman year of high school I had surgery to correct my S shaped spine and had to wear a body cast until April 1985. All of the teasing that I went through made me a stronger person and Im very thankful for the late Dr. Jay Nogi, my parents and my sisters for being there for me during those difficult years. Thank you Lord for my health, even though Im far from healthy. I also thank my friends now for sticking by my side, praying for me, checking on me and not allowing me to feel sorry for myself now. The devil tries to steal my joy, BUT GOD......
