This SGU7476X malay driver cuts into my lane and brakes when my car was just behind. He cut into the lane without any signaling or any notice. There after he accelerate and brake twice before coming to a halt at red light. He was not even apologetic and even taunted me when my car stops beside his at another traffic stop. Please help to expose such reckless drivers on the road so that the authorities may help to do something and keep the road safer for other drivers. Thanks
