This Same Jesus Acts 1v10-11 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 which also said, ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? THIS SAME JESUS which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. The disciples wer thnkng they had seen the last of Jesus. It was such a sad ending. His death had been so sad bt his resurrexion had brought renewd hope. Surely if he had overcome death, nuthng cld defeat him. Bt... nw he was leaving them again and ths time it really lookd lyk he was leavng for good. This z a story too common in lives. There r tymz wen sum miracle happens in our lives and we feel nuthng can stand in our way. We get caught in the moment and we dnt wanna move on. Lyk the disciples we gaze up to heaven expectng sum miracle. Refusing to accept that its really time to move on. Lyk Peter we wld lyk to build tents (matt 17v4) and stay in the moment foever. Bt today I want to assure you that THIS SAME JESUS, who has done great thngz before, is able to do greater thngz now. Hebrews says Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Therz no need to doubt him. The same Jesus who healed the sick, made the blind to see, the deaf to hear and raised the dead, He changes not. He is the one on ur case and he wont leave you like that. Dont be left in the past. Moses was told to tell the people to move forward. Move forward. With confidence. This same Jesus will address your issues today Trust in Him whatever your situation. Amen!
