This Week on Black Mask: We talk about the alleged Canadian Geese Problem here in Winnipeg, that, a short number of years ago, led to the creation of a coalition called the Urban Goose Working Group. The Canadian Federal Govt, The Province of Manitoba, The City of Winnipeg, and Winnipeg Airport Authority have superseded the Federal Migratory Birds Act in order to destroy Canada Geese eggs because of their alleged threat to automobile drivers. We also bring some local news to you regarding City By-Laws addressing automobile use in School Zones and Designated Bike Path Areas.
