This Weekend at the Square Peg: Walnut Praline French Toast. Two Slices of our homemade four-ingredient bread. (Flour, yeast, water and salt) dipped in egg and cream batter, grilled and topped with a crumble of walnut praline and maple syrup. Served with sausage links. The Italian Skillet. Two scrambled eggs, with Italian sausage, red and green peppers, caramelized onions, and melted mozzarella. Topped with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, basil and garlic. Served on a bed of hash browns with Toast. That scratch-made corned beef hash that people are always going on about. With two eggs and toast.
