Would you enjoy dealing with lots of guests on a daily basis in a fast paced environment? To be successful in this role: Youll have a good working knowledge of in house databases and systems. Your attention to detail will be well above average. Your telephone manner will be as outstanding as your ability to deal with guests face to face. Experience in the Caravan Industry, in particular RMS is advantagous but not essential. Youll be a big team player and be willing to share the load in really busy times. Youll have a sound knowledge of the local tourst area to assist guest further their holiday experience. And... youre good at following procedures and getting things done right the first time.
