This afternoon I attended a housewarming party for my son, Nik Morgan and his girlfriend, Laura Strickland (shes my friend too!). I felt the same feeling that I had when he graduated high school, like one part of his life was ending but, another exciting chapter was beginning. I sat and talked with Lauras mother and met her grandmothers, along with her brother John, and it occurred that one day, they will most likely be a part of my crazy family. Its a strange revelation to have! My baby boy is growing up and leaving the nest for real and boy is this hard! My boys havent lived at home with us for several years but, I never really thought about them growing up and REALLY leaving home. I just want the two of them to know how proud I am of them and I wish them the best as they begin their future together. I love you guys! And Laura...take care of my baby boy...
