This afternoon Ive got the privilege of travelling to New York to share at Movement Day for The New York Leadership Center. Along with the fabulous Sandra Nicholas, were going to be doing a session tomorrow afternoon about some of the things that weve learned over the years. In preparing for our session, Im reminded again about what a massive privilege it is to be part of our amazing community. Its so easy to take for granted all the things we have - clear goals that still give us flexibility; strategic leadership that is not overly driven; the strength of being a big community with the freedom of being a home church movement at our core; clear articulation of Jesus message with a huge focus on application. Im proud to be able to represent you as I share some of the things that make us us and look forward to returning tomorrow night to continue the amazing work God is doing in and through us. ~ Nate
