This all happened in olden days not now and through out world. It is still happening through out world. No need to mention by country or name. In holi it not happens what u mentioned. In my Mohalla one schedule caste man lights the fire of Holi. He brings wood from upper caste house. Abusing happens not on caste basis. People from every community is there not in bad sense. It happens only for two days. People invite each other on dinner embrace each other. About Krishna Raslila he was seven years of age when it happened. He is prior to Budha eighth incarnation.
