This angers me so much - I probably shouldnt give her more free publicity, but shame on her. The nerve of her saying that celiac is not a real disease and how many people actually have celiac. The answer, to what she stupidly thought was a rhetorical question, is more than 3 million people in the US, and I happen to live with 3 of them. Would she like to see their biopsy reports to confirm this fake disease? Let her spend even a week eating a medically necessary gluten free diet, or carrying the economic burden that gluten free food brings with it. Go ahead Joy Behar and report back about how difficult it is; now consider that more than 3 million people have to do this every single day of their lives in order to avoid a litany of illnesses. It has an effect on their vacations, attendance at events, where they attend college, etc. You have lost a fan Joy Behar. Or maybe this is just your not so subtle way to mock Elisabeth Hasselbeck ?
