This announcement is one we really never wanted to write and one I have been putting off for a few weeks. This last 12 months has been incredibly hard for our family, we have had to make some very difficult adaptations to our lives as my disabilities. Living with Ehlers Danlos has been something Ive tried desperately not to interfere with work. However Im now t the stage where mixing icing can cause my thumbs to dislocate and the impact of physically doing a long week at work leaves me in tears from pain Im then so sore and having so many dialocations that Im sat at home too sore to so what my beautiful kids want and nees me to do. And that kills me. A couple of months ago I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia which has had a huge impact and effect on my physical and emotional well being. When all this is taken into consideration along with decisions based on the business. We have decided that we will be closing down our shop and business. This decision has been one that has been incredibly hard and Im absolutely heartbroken by it. But I know its the right decision for us and our kids. The last year has taught me many things but the biggest is that life can change in a heartbeat. And the other is that life is so precious you have to make the most of every day. There are days where I get very little time with controlled pain and fatigue so I need to focus that on what matters. My family. I have loved every second of the last two years. Mde some wonderful friends through it and been totally blessed to work with ao many amazing kids through our classes (these I will miss more than anything. ..and I hope one day I can relaunch these ...watch this space) thank you to everyone whos been a part of it x Wendy and Chris x
