This article talks about how most states choose to use the Common Core curriculum in schools because they are given financial incentives from the government. There are members of congress who are pushing to stop those incentives and eliminate the common core standards in schools. I think this is a great opportunity to help the education system! Everyone always complains about the way schools shove information down your throat and teach things in ways no one can understand. The common core is not a very good program. In my first comment I will post a video about the common core standard and how it was created. Please do not move past this. We all post things about gay marriage and weed legalization but this could make a massive difference in the lives and education of children all over the united states!
