This be bad; very bad indeed. I dont understand it but Im convinced its bad. My best take: international banking agreement that allows banks to take depositors money to shore up when their derivative trades collapse. Bigger than anything the FDIC could ever handle. And it seems that one of the trade-offs demanded by the banksters representatives in Congress in exchange for not again shutting down the government is agreement on legislation that will allow banks to trade in derivatives using their FDIC insured entities -- the ones Dodd-Franks said keep your mitts off.
