This blows my mind! I knew that it was hard to make a living in Eastern Kentucky but after seeing this, it takes it to a whole new level. The top 10 hardest places to live is right here in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky. A once coal rich booming area is now stricken with poverty and looks like a Ghost town. It all started when Mr. Obama took office. Prices of everything are going up and wages and jobs are not. Something has to give. Oh guess where the top 10 places to live and make a living are located, thats right, around Washington DC.
