It stated that, Virgin Enterprises finds it necessary to actively protect its famous virgin mark against similar and dilutive third party trademark uses and cease use of the mark and brand, Palm Ridge Virgin. Unbelievable! Virgin Enterprises is concerned about a Mom & Pop craft whiskey distillery in Umatilla, FL. More tomorrow. Cheers.
