This chap held a very important position in Swansea for almost 40 years. He was known to occasionally work even on Christmas Day and other Bank Holidays, often alone as others failed to show up on those special days. He seems to have worked for about 30 of the 40 years with no increase in pay (though he made money from other areas of activity). Though a nice old gent most of the Swansea populace would prefer not to have him affecting their lives...so who was he? Its a tough one!
