This comment was sent to me as a private message on Facebook. I learned from an outside source that the fema district 3 thing that we have all been hearing about is going to include another false flag event. The event will be the opening of the water control gates and the flooding of the poor people in the washington DC area, with possible explosions to damage the dams/waterways. Similer to New Orleans during Katrina, the national guard will be sent to other areas, and foreign troops will be sent in to control martial law. This will happen the first week in Oct just after the government shutdown so that DC will be empty of government officals. Not sure if it is true but my source is leaving the country.
