This conflict in S Sudan seems to be between the Dinka and Nuer to people of Central Equatoria, the war is between rebels and the current government which involves all States of the Republic of South Sudan. Why do governor of Central Equatoria stated that the conflict is between the Dinka and Nuer? While the rebels are fighting to take the whole country including central Equatoria, thats mean that governor of Central Equatoria will lost his position when the rebel take over. Its stupid idea to think like he deserve to lodge his resignation because was appointed by the current govt or to apologist to the Republic of South Sudan.
