This cop pulls these guys over doesnt even try to identify them, OPENS the car door himself demanding that they all put their hands up and unnecessarily opens fire into the vehicle like some cowboy in a wild west show. claiming the passenger was reaching down to his pocket trying to get something. They had no guns in the car and nobody tried to get out of the car. To me this is clearly murder by cop yet the local HAND PICKED Grand Jury clears this killer of any wrong doing! This is why people hate cops and dispise our criminal justice system. Crap like this will get more cops killed and cause tensions to escalate between the public and the police. Courts have to stop letting these killers get away with murder or the whoel damn system is going to melt down.
