This country is driving me insane, rewards for stopping smoking, rewards for losing weight and now rewards for breastfeeding????? this is whats wrong with it ALL.Wrong use of carrot and stick, punishing the poor and homeless. Education education education and choices. Teach your children well ...remember. I am going to have to either become a recluse or start a common sense party. Equality doesnt mean making some people more equal than others....embrace your own uniqueness, be human, be kind and all the rules and regulations wont be needed, you cannot punish and reward like this...its called conditioning :C :i :[
