This devolution thing is becoming too much. Now some counties want to have power over doctors. Some counties have even threatened to lower the doctors salaries if they dont tow the line. Other governors are insisting that the patients who come from their counties are treated first in case of an accident happening within their county This has prompted some 500 doctors to resign from the MOH leaving only a population of 3500 doctors under government employment. Some services are too sensitive to be devolved
