This dog in the video is obviously a service dog, and this manager obviously handled it the wrong way but I had an issue with a lady who brought her poodle p.o.s dog and had it on one of those sparkly leash, this dog was peeing all over the gum stand and in the hallways. I asked her if there was a way she could take her dog outside, making sure I was as polite as possible because I couldve been wrong, and she made a big deal out of it... Called the police and they had to check her id to make sure he was a certified dog. He was not. Legally I couldnt even ask her if it was a service dog so how am I supposed to know what dogs to let in or not...? Its bs.
