This dog was found by a Miami Pet Assistance Coalition volunteer running in traffic near Coral Way in the Roads. He is older and Blind We need to Please share for a rescue that is experienced with special needs dogs like him. He is a friendly old guy!! He urgently needs somewhere to go or to find his owner... he is of course not neutered, tagged or microchipped.
