This evening I was on a flight with Virgin Australia from Sydney to Perth. About 3 hours into this 4.5 hour flight, an elderly woman collapsed to the floor. Many people rushed to try and help, but these people werent really sure what to do. There were so many they all ended up just crowding her when what she needed was space to breath. Thankfully staff were quick on the scene to provide first aid assistance. Turned out she had gotten up from her seat too fast and blood rushed down away from her head, so she blacked out. I would just like to commend your staff for their efforts made during the flight to ensure this passengers health and safety!
