This evening, officers received a call to the Winterhaven Court area regarding a suspicious person. Upon arrival, we met with a vigilant neighbor that witnessed a suspect attempting to gain entry into several vehicles. We located the suspect and arrested him on several charges! We were also able to return stolen items to the victim! Its great partnerships with the community that resulted in getting this criminal off the streets! (MC)
