This evening’s winter mix won’t be a big deal. For most of us, it will be less than 1” of accumulation. Plus, with temperatures in the 40s tomorrow, most of THAT, will simply melt. So I was a little concerned to find a few people on Facebook already complaining… about a small amount of snow… in December!??? Grumble, grumble, grumble! I know most were only kidding, but PACE YOURSELF PEOPLE! If you’re not careful… there will be nothing left to complain about come February! ;-) Here is a little perspective: An ‘average’ Winter in Albany, contains about 60” of snow. So far this season, we have received 12.3”… If we have an ‘average’ Winter, we are only about 20% done with the snow for the season. Strap in, its going to be a looong ride.
