This fallish weather had me thinking of one of my favorite photos of Rebecca ever. She has always loved the leaves that fell in Downtown Moultrie during the fall. And then I got wistful at the realization that those beautiful ginkgo trees will never drop golden leaves in downtown Moultrie again. (Though I do think the crepe myrtles will be beautiful in their place!) Then, searching for that photo, I came across several more of my little faery muse. Shell be 15 soon; and Ive spent 15 years watching her sweet, freckled, heart-shaped face... Shes always had character and depth beyond her years. Hard to imagine what amazing things she will have accomplished 15 years from now.
