This falls under the WTF category. So the state and city have illegally given these crooks $29 million of OUR tax dollars, each year for the last 2 years, over $40 in infrastructure, forced a school district rearraign its schedule, forced parents to get additional child care, and added to traffic congestion in an area with mass transit, refuses to pay taxes and nor participate in the adopt a school program , yet no one does a cost benefit analysis to actually justify this statement Leffingwell and his crew should be ashamed, but you have to have a conscience for that
