This fat and no-good French so-called army officer ordering an African journalist to not take his pictures and also ordering him to delete what this African journalist recorded on him. And this is happening somewhere in one of the African countries under the command of France. It seems like it is in Togo...You can also see those Negro police officers all on fire menacing and brutalizing the African journalist. The African journalist has refused to execute the order by telling to this low class French army officer that he cant do it because he is doing his job and it will be like him asking a soldier to get rid of his weapon.
