This female pt came to ER after refusal from MUH&private hospital.c/o of DLC ,aspiration pneumonia,hypoglycemia(55)and after given glucose RBS(200) still pt no eye opening &hardly localize.CT brain:UR. The first probale diagnosis was prolonged hypoglycemia that lead to non reversible coma.pt was oliguric with rised creat.pt was admitted intubated ventilated .we dealed with pt with our best although there was very little hope to gain conscious and GOD didnt disappoint us pt creat&urea adjusted.the chest became much better and pt was extubated pt gain conscious flow up CT:recent cvs .pt was discharged This male pt also came to ER after rejection from another hospital as a hopless case with deep coma and now he is now in our IcU fully conscious The message is when GOD is present there is no hopless case and we should do our best with all pt
