This footage is within a 1/2 an hour after my friends Rick Rufelli & Mike Walling witnessed how the high speed chase & shooting ended Saturday night. Rick & Mike started taking footage from their cell phones shortly after the cops shot the unarmed kid who was driving the stolen vehicle. This is the perfect example of Police Brutality. Its obvious to me the cop charging up to both Rick & Mike assumed one of them may have had footage of the kid getting shot down by the officers. The officer wanted both of their phones. Taken by surprise the officer attempted to grab the phone out of Mikes hand, 4 officers proceeded to tackle Mike to the ground, take his phone & than arrest him for resisting to hand over his phone. Luckily Rick was able to keep his phone from being taken by hiding until the cops left the scene. Is there a law against taking footage at a crime scene or is it only when the cops are in the wrong?
