This government will soon see the real ugly head of corruption and it effect when they start dying off. ECOWAS is west Africa. There is always a meeting yearly by member states. Ebola broke out in one of the states and spreads to the next and the next, conquering three countries sharing borders. Nigeria saw no reason to not host meeting because of the money and business they would generate for themselves from it. Assuming the actual cost of the ECOWAS meeting would be N20m it is inflated to N200m while the difference is shared between the presidency and it goons. Because of this business there is really no need to suspend the meeting or close the borders, business as usual most continue until the unfortunate and greedy Liberian brought it in. Prevention they say is better than cure but there was really no need preventing that as the corruptly rich can go overseas for treatment but they forget Ebola is an exception. About the unfortunate Liberian, he died two days after arriving in Nigeria. That means he must have been sick and he knew he was sick and needed medical attention, but because of travelling allowance and bonuses and greed he took a journey to annihilate about 200 million people. He could have appointed another in his place for their unfortunate ECOWAS meeting that have never yielded result year-in year-out. I was discussing with a Liberian two days ago and he told me that corruption runs deeper in his country than Nigeria and I was shocked. He called his sister who lives in Liberia to understand the situation and she told him that at night certain elements will go to drinking wells and drop a certain chemical used to embalm dead bodies. Anyone who drinks from that well will start vomiting blood resembling Ebola symptom and eventually leads to death of that person. This is so that the figure in dollars needed to contain the Ebola plague is trumped up!!! How humane!!! I came to a conclusion that if not that the Western nation abolish slavery, Africans would still be selling themselves till this world will end.
