This group is just for ppl who want to get fit, be part of a regular training group and have a bit of fun along the way. Ill post the full weeks worth of days, times and session types on the weekend prior to the start of each training week. This will change each week as my roster for work is constantly rotating but if you check this page you cant go wrong. Its mostly outdoor crossfit style training except when it rains then the session is moved into the indoor gym all at my house. The sessions have heaps of variety and you can chuck in heaps of different exercises to focus on whatever you want to improve most or just do the same things Ive set out that day. I also do bike rides, swimming, sprints at the footy oval and boxing. Everything will be posted each week. Anyways dont worry about experience or your fitness level you push as hard as you want to. Will be awesome and by next summer youll be a ripped machine haha come get amongst it.
