This group was created to provide a platform for friends and supporters of Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare where they can get news from the kennels, offer each other support and advice when going through worrying times and to share the joy and happiness owning a retired greyhound brings. We are now a large and popular community, but with an increased membership it becomes inevitable that individuals sometimes hold differing views on the topics discussed. This is true for all topics but none more so than greyhound racing and the industry involved. We would like to continue this group in the spirit it was intended and therefore ask all members to refrain from creating posts or making comments that may lead to a debate about greyhound racing. There are other forums where these debates can be had. This particular forum is about life with retired greyhounds. It goes without saying that all comments posted should be inoffensive, even when disagreeing on a subject. Posts not adhering to these guidelines will be removed. For those who don’t already know, there is a faint blue chevron in the top right corner of each post. If you click on it you will have the option to report a post to admin. Please help us all to enjoy what this group has to offer and continue to share all those lovely photos and stories about your much adored hounds.
