This guy is one of my songwriter heros ! Having pinned songs like Me & Bobby McGee ,Help me make it through the Night, Why me Lord & the list goes on & on !!! Anyhow ,I was touched by this! My wife shared it with me from Rudy Fearless Fernandez, a legendary DJ from west Texas radio since the 70s who shared it with her ! I had the great pleasure of meeting him in 1995 at the BMI Songwriter \Publisher Awards in Nashville Tn. He came up to me and congratulated me for the Most Airplayed Song of the Year Award I had received that night ! He of course is a BMI writer ! He was a very down to earth & humble man and I still admire him for that ! felt like a Novis standing next to him but having met him that night only made me aspire to be a better songwriter !Thank you Chris , YOU STILL ROCK IN MY BOOK !!!!
