This guy, the Viking ... Lukey Bolster ... was a challenger in some of the first challenge groups I ever participated in and HIS FIRE fueled mine in so many ways. When I wanted to binge on cookie dough ice cream, he was posting his clean eating meals that looked delicious and I would find myself not indulging out of boredom/stress. When I wanted to go to bed and NOT workout, he was throwing up impromptu push-up challenges just for fun. He is such an inspiration to me and so many others. Thats what this thing with Beachbody is about. Thats why its so amazing and why Im so passionate about it. Its bigger than a shake. Its bigger than a workout DVD. Its bigger than you can even wrap your brain around. The only way you can understand is if you throw your HEART and SOUL into it like this guy has. Love ya, Lukey!! ❤️#teamicon
