This guy was having trouble with apples, as you can see after years of crib biting the effects have caught up with him, the two remaining upper incisors had formed small sharp stumps like fangs, if you look at the picture you will see the damage this was doing to his tongue. But his other serious issue was the cheek tooth with the multiple open pulps which we extracted (see pics). Needles have been used to highlight some of these open pulp horns
