This has always been a hard one for me . I watched my mother suffer terribly with cancer and there where times I prayed for God to take her pain or take her now. She lent across to my bro Russell on one of our night shifts and whispered put me out of my misery . Both shocked because mum was dead set against it.then I watched that same brother suffer through cancer and heard him say I know why mum said that now no one should have to suffer this way. So still torn between my belief that we shouldnt take another humans life I could not do it . This way I guess it gives the dying person the choice . But in the back of my mind I would be concerned for those who helped people push the button when they didnt want to . So sitting on the fence praying I never have to make such a decision .
