This has always struck me as odd, the assumption is that childhood, in our country, has always been about carefree fun. There is a thought that todays children have lost their quality of childhood as a result of electronics. It was only a few generations ago when childhood was about labor in very poor conditions. Im very thankful that my child can have a life of electronics! And by the way my daughter can color all kinds of amazing pictures with her finger on her tablet. She just doesnt use a crayon and paper, and her imagination is very much intact!
