This has been a crazy year, this week marks the one year anniversary of leaving my job as a sales manager at Macys and coming home to work my Beachbody business full time with my rock star of a wife Amy Silverman. It has been quite a learning experience full of ups and downs and twists and turns. Being your own boss is exciting and challenging, all in the same breath. I have learned so much about what is important to me and what I really want out of life. I would not change it for the world but I definitely have a lot of different goals for this year and I definitely am ready to hustle and take everything to the next level. I feel like each year we get to look at what we have done, where we have been and we get to change what hasnt worked, what is boring or stale, or what no longer suits us. There are a lot of things I am leaving behind from this week on. I have taken a solid inventory and I know that it is time to start running with this. I cannot explain what it means to be a part of such an amazing team in #SYSOF and what it means to have the opportunity to change lives and make an impact on my community. I want to make a bigger one. I want to help people make their goals and dreams a reality. I truly feel that health and fitness is the foundation on which we build our life. With good health and fitness we can approach the world with confidence, overcome all obstacles that come at us physically and emotionally, and enjoy all that life has to offer with our family and friends. Lots of things happen in life and a lot of it we have no control of, we do have control over the way that we react and how we approach the challenges that we face. Help me make this a great year. Lets put some big goals on the table and make them a reality. Message me and lets talk about what you want and how we can make it happen. Do not sit on the fence any more.
