This has been one of the hardest weeks, Ive ever had to go through. On the afternoon of the 29th Of October, My Grandfather passed away. I had to say goodbye to my Hero, my Mentor, and not to mention one of the Greatest Men Ive ever encountered. My most treasured memories almost all revolve around him, like EVERY 18th June...Best Wedding Anniversary Gift a Granddaughter. Dancing together at my Deb, My First Garryowen him walking me to the arena, Countless Leading Rein classes at Barastoc, not to mention every all the one liners, abrupt comments, and your constant entertainment by stirring me up My love for horses and my hate for my full name both are because of him, He always was there for me and no matter how many times I back chatted or broke something...He would be still right there. Even right now I can hear him yelling at me because I am sitting here on social Network FRIGARSSING AROUND! Granddad, I hope that as you are looking down (or up either way haha) on us trying to figure out life without you, You are happy. I love you to pieces and I miss you so much. R.I.P Jim Melrose. Daddy. Da. Granddad.
