Many times, using your car rather than your firearm is the proper thing to do. Fleeing the confrontation was probably very wise here, in my opinion. Getting out of there was certainly prudent. 2. That said, fleeing the scene is only defensible if you get to safety and call the authorities. It may not be right, but many times the first one to call 911 is seen as the good guy by the DA and the court. So make sure to get to safety and get the cavalry on the way. I would not have sat there long and taken a beating. Being blocked into her car like she was, she didnt have many options other than to use her car. 4. This lady seems to not want to call in because she has a minor warrant. Number one, dont get warrants. Number two, take care of your warrants in a timely manner. Number three, if you have issues with the law like this it makes you look sketchy when you actually defend yourself from attack.
