Hence, the shortage. They claimed they will distribute, about a million masks via the RC. So how many of the RC members will keep for themselves or for their own families first? How do the RC members recognise which household are poor enough to receive the masks for free. It’s Tuesday now, and yet, not one RC member has visited my home or my block.
