This how I make my salmon croquettes. Two cans of salmon or mackerals, minced onion, seasoning salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper, blk pepper, cornmeal, flour, 2 or 3 eggs and a skillet with hot oil. Put salmon or mackarals in bowl and shread it apart with fork, season w/ seasoning salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and blk pepper. Then put in your cornmeal and flour and eggs and mix it all with your hand and form into patties and put into hot skillet and cook on each side til golden brown.
