Apply visa with the following documents 1) 2 photos 2) passport (valid at least 6 mths), valid work permit, ic of employer (original + copy) 3) copy of general online form at https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw 4) S$65 cash 5) letter of guarantee from the visa counter Anyone can submit on behalf if the documents required are in order and the form is duly signed personally, and visa is valid for 3 mths from application date.
