This is Brother Chris. Today, in light of Pauls greeting in Philippians 1:3-11, I issued a challenge to our congregation to give thanks for folks in our lives who have influenced us in our faith journey as well as to post at least once a day for the next 14 days a way in which you give thanks and glory to God for a good work God is doing through you. The hashtag is #stickwithit. It is a way of recognizing that the work God begins in us God will bring to completion in Gods timing. It is an encouragement to share the gospel in word and deed daily. One item to note, however. That hashtag has been used for a couple of other items as well. Thankfully, they are good items! However, if you click or type in #stickwithit, you will see some fitness results from some folks getting in better shape along with posts from members of Oak Grove. I give glory to God for a congregation who accepts folks for who they are, surrounds them in love, and is so genuine in their caring. #stickwithit.
