This is Chalene Johnson -- she is one of my favorite trainers-- we will be diving into a little bit of her newest program, PiYo, in a few weeks-- she also does TurboFire/TurboJam, which is what Jenn was doing when she had the group gatherings :) Here is another video from her on some moves you can do to help loosen yourself up a little and keep yourself moving on days we dont have fit club. If you dont have a stability ball, you can do it with a chair or with your shoulderblades resting on your couch -- just so long as your legs are supporting the majority of your core :) Happy stretching!
