This is Connor training once a week with John. Seen here Connor is using the Rip60 to execute push ups - a little more challenging! Rip 60 suspension training allows you to get a full body workout. The intensity can be increased or lessened to suite all fitness and strength levels. One of the major advantages of suspension training with the Rip60 is the SUSPENDED ROTATION. This suspended rotation forces the body to stabilize and maintain balance throughout the workout, this way, many more muscles are engaged and the core is constantly challenged with every move!
