This is Day 2 of my 5 Day Grateful Challenge by Deborah - TopicsExpress

This is Day 2 of my 5 Day Grateful Challenge by Deborah Blanchard-Wade 1) I am grateful that in the middle of literally dozens and dozens of nos, non-responses and we are looking for someone who better meets our qualifications, Volunteer Mortgage Inc., would take a chance on an over 50 year old with no previous experience and quite a bit to learn. I am grateful for our owner Charles Boner for the opportunity, the tutoring and above all his patience and encouragement, I am grateful for Jeff Poole who first opened the door and to all the other loan officers who so unselfishly shared their knowledge. John Stewart, Chris Williams, Mark Sullivan, Joe Karovicks, Anna Cook and John Weaver I could not have done it without you. A very special mention to the lone processor in our office, the amazing and more than hard-working Carla Wynja Hoeksemaa. Her patience and methodically walking me thru each phase of loan progression with so many different lenders we work with has been a true gift and her friendship is a blessing. And I would be remiss if I didnt mention the dozens of families who have trusted me during their lending process this year. I value each of them and appreciate the opportunity to bring the very best solution at my disposal. I thank God that thru this career path I am being blessed abundantly. 2) I am grateful for Jake Crum who first suggested I look into the mortgage industry and his wife Quenn Cavnar Crum. Their company Clarity Title handles each of my closings with care, attention to detail, and when necessary have gone above and beyond (even on a holiday) to make sure no loan flew south. DeAnna Gwyn, Lynne Ward, Annie Cavnar and Chloe Ella DeVaux are always so helpful and so positive. I love working with friends and calling it business. 3) I am grateful for what many would call my Plan B that I know will see me into a comfortable retirement and has already given me an abundance of dear friends I would have never met and the training over the past few years that has actually led to much of my success with the mortgage industry. I am grateful for what our Doctors, Katy Rodan and Kathy Fields have given us with this opportunity. It was thru Rodan + Fields Dermatologists that I got my rosacea plagued skin back and felt confident enough to be in front of people again, and thru trainings provided by nationwide professional coaches like Leslie Zahn, Tom Black and Sarah Robbins that I cut my teeth on the power of networking and the thank you economy we live in today. Those skills have allowed me to tap into areas I would never have realized. Also without the support and encouragement of my fabulous sister Donna Tisdale and HER sister Melinda Haynes Hickey, I would not know the kind of joy I do today. Its much more than business, it is about friendships of the heart as we move to a common goal. I would like to give a big hug and lots of gratitude to the women of the Hendersonville/Goodlettsville R+F group Kathy Snowden, Jan Reece, Donna Carter Oxley, Pam Sylar Smith, and dear friends thru R+F Kathy Glover, Sheila Warren, Rose Wint, Georgia Jones, Leigh Nivens Barnes, Jane Flowers Bulick, and Amy Smith. I value and appreciate all my customers and their support and cant wait to see everyone in Atlanta to find out what our doctors have in store for us next. I now challenge Jake Crum, Quenn Crum and Deanna Gwyn to the 5 day Grateful Challenge! (I know this is moving week so if you need a few days to get started, thats just peachy!) #GratefulChallenge
